		<description>No offense, but I hate that word "leverage", it's just so "market-speak". It ties in with phrases like "core competencies", "key verticalized management structure" and "thinking outside the box". In fact, I hate it so much I used it in one of my posts on &lt;a href="http://www.sciencebase.com/science-blog/leverage-core-competencies-through-knowledge-management.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;knowledge management&lt;/a&gt; (another meaningless phrase).
